Dr. Nazario is wonderful, she always answers all my questions and always wears a smile making my son feel comfortable.
We had a good first experience at the office. But the merger with BayCare is Trash. We received a letter in the mail stating the office would be BayCare but our insurance is still accepted. **FYI I saved the letter**. My 4 year old's 24 hr eeg follow-up appointment is next week and they just called and told us our insurance isn't accepted anymore and the appointment would be almost $300.. Other pediatric neurologist are like a full year wait to get an appointment... I'm honestly appalled how you can charge patients like that... read more
I am extremely disappointed with BMG Pediatric Neurology. I live 45 minutes away in Tampa and my son has severe autism. This is now the third time we’ve had issues with appointments. I missed one appointment, and because of that they refused to see my child and told me I had to reschedule. This has now happened multiple times, about four times total, and now we are pushed out to April. Meanwhile, my child still has not been properly seen or treated. Today, I drove from Wesley Chapel to Saint Pete. I left my house at 7 AM and I finally got to the office at 8:39 for my 8:30 appointment. I was told that my child could not be seen today and that I want to reschedule. I asked the front desk person to reach out to the NP that I was scheduled to see, to actually see if there was any way that she would be able to see my daughter. Worst office staff I have ever encountered! Jenny was the person my wife spoke to. I have never in all my career as a paramedic and Baycare employee had an office person speak to us in the way she did. I will be going in person to speak to her higher ups. If she is so miserable at her job she should do all patients a favor and quit
