Made appointment online as a follow up appointment because we had been to the office before. Was told we needed to add more detail on the description part of the appointment booking. When I said that the details of the appointment are private and only to be discussed between patient and doctor, I was told they won’t schedule an appointment without giving details. “That is the Dr.’s policy?” I asked. They said yes. Never again.
Waited over an hour for the appointment. It’s absolutely absurd that we have to wait so long for them to bring you back. We are always really early to appointments. Of course the first appointment we had they took us on time, but the second one they make us wait. Proves they don’t care about established patients already.
Dr.DeSouza has been my son's doctor for over 16yrs, he is very thorough & he truly cares. He ran several tests before putting my son on medication. He also ran several tests on my son to make sure that he would receive the best results with the medication with as few side effects as possible. He is extremely knowledgeable & we're sooo glad that we were referred to him. I'm so happy my son is going here. He has been improperly diagnosed and over medicated for seven years. It took a while to get an appointed but the Dr and staff where very thorough. They did multiple tests on my son and appointments with my husband and I. Dr DeSouza actually listened to us and along with the tests, properly diagnosed my son. It has changed our lives.
