Dr. Andrews is EXCEPTIONAL. I can't imagine where we would be on our journey without her untiring care for our medically complex son. I had described one thing my son did as a young toddler to several doctors. I knew it was meaningful but I didn't know what it meant. Receptionist was very rude. Would not hear me out and kept interrupting. My son has been referred to be seen here several times and this staff has not been helpful as he has yet to be seen. This interaction was with Rebecca. She might require more training.
Receptionist are no help. Referrals have been sent and months later, they can't give me any answers. Questionable reception staff.
I have been calling for the past 2 days to get my son an appointment scheduled. They informed me that the referral had to be sent over before I can schedule an appointment. It took a day for my child’s doctor office to send it over. I called 4 times to check to see if they had it and the last time I called they did have it so of course I asked can I schedule him an appointment which I was then told someone will give me a call back in 2 to 3 business days.
