Worst office staff I have ever encountered! Jenny was the person my wife spoke to. I have never in all my career as a paramedic and Baycare employee had an office person speak to us in the way she did. I will be going in person to speak to her higher ups. If she is so miserable at her job she should do all patients a favor and quit

Gracias a ellos mi hijo mayor despues de casi 4 años recibio el diagnostico de autismo qué tanto diferian otros médicos de PR vs terapistas y maestros de PR que conviviendo con ellos por mas de unos simples 10 min de evalucion de cernimiento de autismo donde la psicologa decia que no tenia nada y era normal, sabían mi niño no estaba bien asi que me recomendaron venir a florida y eso hice y igualmente aca terapistas doctores sospecharon autismo no en uno sino en mis dos hijos. Dr Andrews is AWESOME 5 stars always - we only come here because of her. The office staff are the worst. No follow through, no gaf about their jobs, rude, disregarding, could care less if their errors cause great inconvenience or worse. You are lucky if you can get a call back when you need it. Her Countryside office is 5 stars, I would go there if I were you. This office is horrible. Filthy too.

We have had nothing but good experiences here for the last 5yrs. Staff and doctors have always been kind, knowledgeable, and respectful during every single visit. Even when I could not get my drs office to do their job and send referrals the front staff here went above and beyond to get the referral they needed. We've had many tests here and I've been happy with how they've treated my son. I hope anyone reading doesn't take the negative reviews at full value and give this place a try.
