I am not sure if I should leave the review for the neurologist, or the practice (PNPB). We switched to Liu after changing insurance, and in less than a year we are switching back. Liu was only able to see my son through telehealth. Our most recent appointment was scheduled months in advance, and at some point I received notification that the appointment we had tried to schedule in-person was suddenly moved to telehealth. Worst office ever my appointment was scheduled for my son on the 22nd. I work a live in position and just got home on Wednesday morning and they kept hounding me down for paperwork as I told him that I will get it to them before 1 o’clock and they canceled my appointment for my son even though I waited almost 3 months just to get the appointment Would never recommend at all. Staff is very rude and don’t even speak English. The child’s well being doesn’t matter.
