I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, they are so unprofessional and slow, literally I took my daughter for her 1 year check up and the nurse practitioner was so rough when taking her blood and they literally will drop you as a patient for owing the smallest amount of money HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !

Horrible place! Was told, that I could not bring my other child back to one child's appointment! If your office caters to children! Common sense you would expect a child to have siblings ! Why should I find a babysitter to take my child to a well check up ! Ridiculous ! Thumbs down!

HORRIBLE. I don't recommend the Preston facility to anyone. Seriously, if you do not like children don't work as a nurse for a pediatrician! My son was having a break down probably because every time we have gone he has been given shots for one reason or another. The nurse was trying to take his blood pressure and because he was not having it she didn't even try to speak calmly to him. So she didn't take his pressure and was just plain cold the whole time. Please listen to all of these post. DO NOT GO THERE! they are so SLOW AND WANT YOUR $$$$. I had an appointment schedule for my daughter for a follow-up. The appointment was made in advance at 8:10AM. I WAS NOT CALLED UNTIL 8:45. I WARN YOU. THEY MAKE EVERYONE'S APPOINTMENT THE SAME TIME. THEY OVER BOOK. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!!!!! . I HAVE TO CLICK A RATING. Stay away from this doctors office,it's horrible went there today and my sons immazations records was not up to date in there office so I had to have the school fax them a copy. But they kept going on and on how he needs to have his shots and it's very important that he oes or we can't see him anymore.chill out people I just told you that I have a copy that can be faxed to you. This doctors office is horrible. I take my son to the Preston office and every time it is a horrible wait. Once we finally get called back into the room and wait for the doctor for another 20 minutes normally. The doctor is not good. He never fully checks my son and is normally very rude. He told me to use adult afrin on my then 6 month old son. I tried to make an appt for my sick daughter 3 times and was told, 'it's likely viral and nothing we can do anyway.' I'm not sure when a receptionist got a degree and the special ability to diagnose my child over the phone but she apparently thought she did.
