Dr. Ho is the best pediatrician we have ever known. He is super knowledgeable, kind, and always answers the phone, no matter what time of day. He goes above and beyond to treat my kids and wife like family. He gets to the heart of the matter quickly and calls to check-in. We couldn’t be more pleased and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatrician with a concierge program.
Dr. Ho is absolutely fantastic! A very knowledgeable, caring Dr. We love the TCH concierge practice he has built. We can always get in to see him without a wait, he's very responsive, and helped us to navigate TCH quickly when we needed to be seen at the hospital.
When evaluating pediatric care for our future child, we connected with Dr. Ho early in our pregnancy and immediately felt a level of comfort and attentiveness that was particularly calming for our first-time parent nerves. Dr Ho has been my three girls doctor since birth… I didn’t know if concierge service would be overkill, but I took the chance bc I didn’t want to start over… and it’s been the best experience. They are attentive, kind, helpful, supportive and resourceful. I’m only sad this wasn’t available when my first child was born 14 years ago. It would have saved me so much time!! Can’t recommend enough.
Dr. Ho is an absolutely amazing pediatrician. His concierge medical practice is amazing. He responds promptly to every call and message and has great “bed side” manner. My kids love going to see Dr. Ho. He makes referrals to the best physicians if a special need arises. I can’t say enough about how safe I feel to know that Dr. Ho is our family’s pediatrician.
