He is calm, patient, responsive, knowledgeable, gives you peace of mind, and guides you through all facets of pediatric care, milestones and general parenthood. Dr. Ho was a true blessing to find. We delivered late on a Friday and had trouble getting in with a pediatrician by Monday, when our daughter’s jaundice was worsening. Dr. Ho picked up the phone Monday evening, gave us immediate guidance that put us on the right path, saw us early the next morning, and put a clear plan in place to get us through it with confidence. We are so grateful for our son’s pediatrician. He is truly an excellent doctor who gives his full attention to every visit. He takes the time to listen carefully, answer all our questions, and make us feel heard and understood. We’ve been working with Dr. Ho for a week since our first child was born, and his support has already been tremendously valuable. Dr. Ho visited us in the hospital within 24 hours of the baby being born, and has been very proactive in calling to check in on us throughout the first week to ensure feeding is going well. As new parents we always had concerns about what if my child gets sick on the weekend. What if I have an emergency. What do I do? Dr. Ho solved that problem. Always on call, always there for us. Dr. Ho and his friendly team at the TCH Concierge Program delivered. Responding within minutes every hour of the day, while providing smooth checkups in person.
