We love Dr. Ho and the concierge pediatric service! He’s very accessible, always quick to respond, and even follows up with us over the weekend to check up after any illness, which has been a huge help with an infant with extra medical needs. It’s such a relief to be able to message or call directly instead of waiting days for an appointment or dealing with office delays. Dr. Ho has been the pediatrician for both our daughters since they came home from the hospital, and we recently followed his practice into the concierge program through Texas Children's. Both of my kids have been seeing Dr. Ho since they were born. From the very first time I met Dr. Ho I could tell he really cares about the kids because he takes the time to get to know them and understand our concerns.
