We are so grateful for our son’s pediatrician. He is truly an excellent doctor who gives his full attention to every visit. He takes the time to listen carefully, answer all our questions, and make us feel heard and understood. We’ve been working with Dr. Ho for a week since our first child was born, and his support has already been tremendously valuable. Dr. Ho visited us in the hospital within 24 hours of the baby being born, and has been very proactive in calling to check in on us throughout the first week to ensure feeding is going well. Dr. Ho and his friendly team at the TCH Concierge Program delivered. Responding within minutes every hour of the day, while providing smooth checkups in person. Dr. Ho is the best pediatrician we have ever known. He is super knowledgeable, kind, and always answers the phone, no matter what time of day. He goes above and beyond to treat my kids and wife like family. He gets to the heart of the matter quickly and calls to check-in.
