I can honestly say we love McAlisters Peds so much! As a twin mom to preemie babies who typically has a million questions at each visit it’s important to have providers like McCoy who listen and take the time to answer all of my questions. We also couldn’t ask for a more loving primary nurse Ceslee! We have been very blessed with the care the twins have received. The nurses and physician there was very kind and considerate of our needs. But the only problem I had was the wait, it takes them to long to come to the patient room, but once they get there, it doesn't take to see them.

I DID JOT LIKE THE COMMENT THIS NURSE LEFT BC I WAS PAGING CLOSE ATTENTION TO EVERYTHING SHE WAS SAYING & correct I look at my phone when it flashed & she seen it was a call coming thru and I instantly flipped my phone & looked right her way . This felt very disrespectful !

I would give Dr McCoy 10 stars if I could amazing dr Great bedside manner and listens to your needs. I actually followed him from our other Pediatric Office But the reason I’m deducting stars is because you can never get an appointment with anybody at this office when your kid is sick this is probably the Third time I have called to get an appointment and have no Availability. Very sad bc I love the Dr but need a practice that has appointments available.

I have never been disappointed. My provider has always accepted my concerns about my child. She has never pushed me away with my questions. Dr. Nance is amazing And her staff doesn’t fall short from her.
