This company is horrible i have a 5 year old with autism and other medical issues who depends on special formula we have been with this company for a long time now and recently they have been lacking on sending my sons formula on time it used to be here on the 3rd of each month latest the 5th and now it's the 10th and my son has been without formula since saturday if it wasn't because someone donated us a couple of bottles taking away from there own child to be able to feed mine. Be careful with this company guys! I got a text on January 27 about my sons supplies and I responded the same day. I looked back on my texts. Cassandra didn't text me until the 29th of January that she would process the order. To my surprise I get a text today about it and she says that she ran the insurance for eligibility and that it is inactive.
