Be careful with this company guys! I got a text on January 27 about my sons supplies and I responded the same day. I looked back on my texts. Cassandra didn't text me until the 29th of January that she would process the order. To my surprise I get a text today about it and she says that she ran the insurance for eligibility and that it is inactive. It's kinda of irritating that this medical supply company don't send enough formula for my child I will full blast every one and now I'm in the damn snow storm and worried I won't have enough formula to take care of my child I am getting irritated wit this damn company they need to get their shit together
