I wouldn’t recommend this company. The nurse team AMAZING. DME team AWFUL! They are horrible at delivering stuff or even responding. They have an attitude and when you ask questions is like you are a burden to them. Manager tried throwing a shade because I requested a different piece for my baby’s trach saying “all these years and no one complained about this.” Then the respiratory therapist they sent was rude to my husband and I and Cook’s respiratory staff.
