Worst experience i have ever had with a dme. My son had a kate farms order open for months with them. Always given different answers as to what was the delay. They never Communicated. Months and months of back and forth with them, i finally just cancelled the order
Ever since apple was bought by these guys our shipments have been awful. No trach ties no distilled water and a bunch of other things. We still have not received our trach caps ive been with apple for 13 years and now who bought them is awful I will sadly be shopping for a new DME company.
Training Vanessa was very thorough and explain in good detail on how to work the equipment along with things to watch out for for issues with equipment not working or working incorrectly. I feel very confident in using the equipment when I get home.
Experience was great, made sure I understood all the information and answered any questions I had
Mrs.Wooten was amazing & very detailed in showing us how to work our high flow oxygen
