The staff at Team Select Health Care, Tyler Texas office are AMAZING!! From speaking on the phone with Mrs. Kizzie to Mr. Mike, Mrs. Sam and Mrs. Taylor, I felt "at home" immediately. They really have their nurse's best interest at heart. I've dealt with a case that began to get out of control, called the staff, voiced my concerns and they worked with me to get me on a better case!! I love home health in pediatrics as an RN! And working with the Tyler office staff. They really seem to care about their nurses & go to bat for us; Mike really works on that. They're honest with us, also- they don't just say what you want to hear in order to get what they want, as other companies have done. The co itself could do better at paying their staff competitively. But overall, I am loyal to this co because they care & try to work with us the best they can.
