I love working with the Tyler office staff They really seem to care about their nurses & go to bat for us; Mike really works on that. They're honest with us, also- they don't just say what you want to hear in order to get what they want, as other co have done. The co itself could do better at paying their staff competitively & they should provide PTO. But overall, I am loyal to this co because they care & try to work with us the best they can.
