The doctors here are great, but unfortunately the front office staff and management are extremely unprofessional. I recently brought my son in for a follow-up appointment, only to be told 30 minutes after arriving that we couldn’t be seen without a new referral due to an insurance change. This could have easily been addressed ahead of time during the appointment confirmation call, saving me from missing work and wasting valuable time.
