The doctors here are great, but unfortunately the front office staff and management are extremely unprofessional. I recently brought my son in for a follow-up appointment, only to be told 30 minutes after arriving that we couldn’t be seen without a new referral due to an insurance change. This could have easily been addressed ahead of time during the appointment confirmation call, saving me from missing work and wasting valuable time. Great clinic! My child & I never have to wait too long, staff is friendly & knowledgeable.
I recently had a follow visit with my son and I had a great experience. The provider answered all my questions and there was hardly any wait time and one of the cleanest offices I’ve seen by far.
