I took my child to PHA upon a referral from my son's pediatrician in 2020. He needed routine clearance for a sports physical. I had to go back for more than one visit and they over charged me. My insurance company caught this mistake and they have yet to issue me a refund. My insurance company has made numerous calls and has sent countless letters, all of which go unanswered by the Office Manager.
