I have only good things to say about Dr. Kissel. She always takes the time to listen to our concerns and never rushes us. It took us a few PHA doctors to land on one that felt empathetic, knowledgeable, and relatable, but we couldn’t be happier with her. Our kids love her and so do we — she’s the reason we’re still there. PHA’s operations and customer experience leaves something to be desired.
