Dr Jalkut has been taking care of my children for 18 years, and with her exceptional advice, taking care of me as their mother, too. As someone who left PHA I finally feel comfortable sharing I had a bad experience with Dr Jalkut. She tested me for things without my knowledge and we get the bill to eat for insurance with a simple sorry. She has also made me feel uncomfortable when originally asking for OCPs. If you can I would definitely recommend a different provider.
We have been going here for almost 10 years. Dr. Jalkut is a great doctor and has always taken the time to discuss any concerns and genuinely cares about her patients. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her. The practice/operations as a whole, however, has gone downhill in the past few years. I have only good things to say about Dr. Kissel. She always takes the time to listen to our concerns and never rushes us. It took us a few PHA doctors to land on one that felt empathetic, knowledgeable, and relatable, but we couldn’t be happier with her. Our kids love her and so do we — she’s the reason we’re still there. PHA’s operations and customer experience leaves something to be desired.
