Use to be good years ago has gone down hill the different staff nurses customer Service everything just not good at all . luck NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PLACE AT ALL anymore . Barely answers calls or call back long hold times etc
Very horrible experience here. Appointment was for 3:10, multiple other people were being called in before me. Im very patient usually so I waited till 3:35 and then I went up to the front desk to ask. They said the doctor I have didnt have a bed avaliable which I understood, and I went back to waiting. Howe ver, not even a couple moments later, they called me into the room. No patients had left between those few minutes, meaning they were just ignoring the ‘unavaliable beds’ for my doctor in specific. The RN, was very rude.... read more
