The providers here have been lovely for the seven years I’ve been a patient, but the administrative side is a disaster. -After a simple dosing error on a prescription, it took six phone calls and two days to resolve. Staff repeatedly failed to follow up or acknowledge the mistake. It's just a game of telephone with constant "messages being sent," and alot is getting lost in translation.
