This practice now records all calls and says parents cannot record the calls because of HIPPA. This is a deceptive practice and 100% false.
I would give them zero stars if I could. I highly advise any parent who cares about the safety and health of their child to seek alternative pediatric care. PHA discharged our 2 year old daughter from their practice even though she was fully compliant with their vaccine policy because they preemptively felt we would push back on her vaccines at 4 years old. Dealt with several individuals at PHA and most of them are unprofessional and not knowledgeable, and have no ownership of their jobs, in other words, they don’t care about you, or your child. For instance, transferring medical records between the doctors offices are general easy and can be done electronically, but these people at PHA only allow themself put in their request via fax, but asking you to either return the papers in person or by mail, and DO NOT accept anyone respond their fax by fax, or email by email.
