All the one-star reviews are very fitting for this place. The delightful woman who works in registration can't complete her job to register a patient. Ive been playing phone tag, left probably 10 messages to be called back. A PCP wasn't showing up correctly on her end so my insurance gave me a provider number for her to call to which she said "we don't call insurance". LOL ok. So, I call the insurance back and tell them she will not be calling them and ask what I can do. The insurance calls them and they say it's showing up ... read more

This office has turned out to be a nightmare. I will absolutely never go back to the Peabody branch as they are extremely unprofessional and have zero understanding of what goes on with patients and their information from neighboring offices such as Salem. It takes me weeks to get my sons prescription filled and they make me call my insurance and pharmacy for no reason just to be told they are the ones who need to be doing the calling. This practice is horrible I'll stop here

I have been using Pediatric Associates for YEARS, however I usually go to the Lynn location. I took my two children here recently, and while my experience with the doctor was fine, the staff was not. Upon arrival I checked in with the women in the right window. She had asked me if I’d filled out the pre appointment paperwork, which I had.
