I have been using Pediatric Associates for YEARS, however I usually go to the Lynn location. I took my two children here recently, and while my experience with the doctor was fine, the staff was not. Upon arrival I checked in with the women in the right window. She had asked me if I’d filled out the pre appointment paperwork, which I had. Salem location is always clean! I’ve noticed at the end of the night all chairs are cleaned and sanitized to make sure the waiting area is germ free or contagious of any sicknesses! I would definitely recommend bringing your kids to the Salem office!

Our family has had a great experience with PHCA. My 11 month old has had a lot of ear infections and had to be seen many, many times this winter. They have always had appointments available, and everyone we’ve seen has been very kind, responsive to our needs, and knowledgeable. Every time we’ve mentioned to a specialist or anyone at my OB practice that we were there, they’ve said, “oh, those guys are great!”
