My experience with my 5 month old granddaughter was horrible! My daughter came unexpectedly to get her. She was tied in a high chair. It was like a noose around her neck holding her up because she can’t sit up yet. No one could explain why she was like that. We called the abuse hotline who’s now doing an investigation.
