I am mind-blown by the unprofessionalism and complacency of the RECEPTIONIST. The doctor and nurse were amazing, but the RECEPTIONIST truly ruined that entire experience. We were new patients, so we expected to have to fill out paperwork when we got there. We asked, because our son was sleeping so it was perfect to fill stuff out, and were surprised when she said no.
