If I could give them no stars I would. After going back and fourth with insurance and their office FOR OVER A MONTH! They are telling me there’s no notes in their system about me calling about insurance. We just moved here. I understand there’s a process. NEVER in my life have I had this hard of a time getting my children registered and seen by a doctors office. Every person who calls me gives different information. Excellent support from the doctors and staff
I have recently transferred over to the PHCA Melrose office for the care of my boys. They see Dr. Hart- who is absolutely amazing. The facility is new and clean. I also appreciate being able to view test results and message Dr. Hart through the portal. Can’t recommend this office enough!
We are disgusted by our treatment by Dr Margaret Hart in Melrose. After a long stay for delivery we brought in our growth restricted 36 week only baby. He was small and under the recommended weight for a certain vaccine as stated by the CDC under 2,000 grams. Once we mentioned we wanted to wait until he was a little bigger and gaining weight for his vaccines she immediately snapped on us calling us ANTI Vaccers.
