I have recently transferred over to the PHCA Melrose office for the care of my boys. They see Dr. Hart- who is absolutely amazing. The facility is new and clean. I also appreciate being able to view test results and message Dr. Hart through the portal. Can’t recommend this office enough!
We are disgusted by our treatment by Dr Margaret Hart in Melrose. After a long stay for delivery we brought in our growth restricted 36 week only baby. He was small and under the recommended weight for a certain vaccine as stated by the CDC under 2,000 grams. Once we mentioned we wanted to wait until he was a little bigger and gaining weight for his vaccines she immediately snapped on us calling us ANTI Vaccers. Wonderful Doctors and staff! They always take wonderful care of my kids!
We just switched over to this practice when we moved into Melrose. My 1 year old, who was born with multiple medical issues, has been through a lot of traumatic experiences with testing, treatments, etc so she is now scared of any doctor. At our first visit at this practice every person, from the front desk to the doctors, was extremely patient and unbelievably kind to my daughter without me having to say anything. We have received great care here and they are very efficient and friendly. We have been a zillion times with my son’s chronic ear infections and the ease of scheduling sick visits online is great. The after hours care is in Peabody and also easy to schedule. Love the nurse line too as a first time mom I’ve called it more than I care to admit!
