We love Susan O'Brian. She’s sweet & great with kids – always makes sure all your questions are answered before you leave. That’s why we were very hesitant of leaving the practice. BUT we really have had enough with the staff!! (not all, but) most of whom we have dealt with there are not so friendly. And they often mess up with our records/paperwork and give us conflicting information.
