Dr. Dillon is a good doctor. However, I am disappointed that I cannot easily make an appointment. This was never an issue. The wait time on the phone to make an appointment is awful.
We have been going to this office for over 15 years with my boys. Recently, I had a billing issue that was confusing, April Eberly took the time to make sure it was reviewed and resubmitted to insurance which saved me a lot of out of pocket fees. I wanted to give her and the team a shout out for going the extra mile for us! 👏🏻😊 I really appreciate it!
I’m so happy with this office. The staff, nurses and Dr Dillon were all phenomenal and I’m so happy I found a good place for my child.
