Bolingbrook location is very unprofessional. I’ve been there several times and the employees are not as friendly as the Naperville location. I had an appointment today but the weather was really bad with flash flood warnings and flooded streets. Because of this I was late to my appt but did call while I was driving there. They told me to still come in. When I got there they told me they can’t see my daughter because I was 2 minutes past their cut off time.
