Went to pediatric emergency there were two people who were waiting before us and we waitied for more than 2 hours my kid was never seen . I asked for wait time and the said they can’t tell and don’t have beds and also said patients are seen based on urgency , so this white dolled up mom and his 6-7 years old son called named I know the names but not mentioning here were called immediately and the boy was happily hoped on and no sign of distress looked like hell was playing happily don’t seem any serious case to me , when my ... read more

NP Holly Matthews is the absolute best! I am so grateful my son gets to see someone so kind, caring, and knowledgeable. The front desk is also always nice and helpful. Nancy is always helpful and patient! I’d recommend GBMC pediatric to anyone.
Dr hong has been my son’s pediatrician since he was born she’s very thorough with her examinations. She listens very closely. She pays attention. You feel like you’re the only patient She answers all your questions, no matter the time of day and night
The pediatrician Dr. Hong is very nice, educated, and helpful, however the front desk worker Nancy is consistently rude and unhelpful.
