I just want to say we’ve been to them for both of our 2 little boys and yes we missed a couple appointments but we didn’t have a car or no way there they still deleted him out of there system right before his 4 month shots
Such a great group of physicians. Very thorough and friendly. I’m always able to get in when needed. My kids are very comfortable with this group of caregivers.
My first appointment with my son I arrived ten minutes before my appointment and waited 36min to see the pediatrician being the only people in the lobby. Second appointment I was a little late and they told me they wouldn’t see us. The lobby was empty. I didn’t reschedule, I found a better pediatrician. That place wasn’t for us! I won’t recommend to anyone. Staff wasn’t friendly both times and the dark haired pediatrician we saw was cold and not very pleasant at all. Incompetent staff do not know how to schedule appointments. Some of the worst doctors staffed here and with terrible staff I highly recommend almost anywhere else (Troy Pediatrics or Wilson). After we signed transfer paper they called surprised we were leaving even though we informed them as to why when requested/turned in paperwork. Not the smartest bunch here....
