Consistent issues with nutrition especially. Calculated water intake incorrectly with new formulas and when needed the entire dept needs to be nudged to call back from the PCP. Dr. ROSS was a hot mess, I think he is gone now thank God. Most of them could care less about quality of life only if a patient is gaining weight in their percentile.

Never refill prescriptions in a timely manner. Very difficult to get an appointment. I had to cancel my son's appointment in April due to my grandmother passing away and the "next available " was October. There is no bedside manner or understanding when it comes with children with sensory issues. We are just told we have to do it.

This place is absolutely horrible! Avoid it at all costs. Rudest staff and awful at keeping their own schedule. I would rather drive hours than have to step foot in this horrible place ever again.
