This has nothing to do with the doctor, this is about the billing dept. They sent me a bill saying I owed them $215. I contacted my insurance company to understand why I owed them. My insurance company pointed out that they made a mistake, and that they actually owe me $53. I contacted them about this, they acknowledged the mistake and confirmed they do owe me $53.
