Absolutely love Dr. Packwood. He aims for perfection. I was so impressed when we first started going here because he prayed with us before we left. Very impressed with this office and staff.
Great place! My daughter, Lexi, has down syndrome & autism. It's never fun to have her eyes dilated, but they make it as good as it can get. The nurses that take you back are excellent with Lexi. They accommodate her "unique" requests, and she in turn feels comfortable...so the exam is thorough. Very thankful for this group of people!! Dr. Hunt is extremely professional. Explains himself well. Never makes you feel rushed, but tries very hard to keep with the schedule.
We have always had good experiences here. Dr Norman and the staff are always willing to answer my many questions. My son was referred here because it was thought that he would need surgery again but all has been good so far. We drive 2 1/2 hours to come here and it has been worth it.
We LOVE the doctors but their front office staff needs some serious customer service training. We have been here several times and not only at check in but especially at check the ladies look like they are half asleep, don't know what they are doing, talk to you like your a "bother" to them. I've called several times and complained to management about the front office staff being rude & unprofessional and not once was an apology given and I see coming in recently no changes have been made. I always have a good experience here. Dr Norman has Brent taking care of my baby for almost 5 years a little before she had to have eye surgery and now it's like she never had the surgery thank you and bless you dr Norman and staff!!
My son has been seeing dr packwood since he was a day old and he is now 7. This dr has been a blessing to our family and everyone at the clinic who has seen my baby grow up has just been amazing and we absolutely love every single one of them
My daughter has been seeing Dr. Norman for about 2 years now and we just love him!
