Dr andorsky has the worst manners for working in pediatric eye care. He eas short and impatient woth my 3yo exam. Ignored my concerns with his vision and made me feel very brushed off.
Dr. Fiergang has been friendly for the last 2 years seeing my son for an eye exam. on the other hand, besides waiting for an hour and 15minutes, I didnt bother expect to have a exciting encounter with andorsky. dull as usual, only respond when you speak to the guy. at least he acknowledged for long wait, which was surprise. I wouldn't complain if there was full of people waiting around. there were maybe handful of patients. least you have a decent staff, that's a plus
Walking into the office the front desk staff was friendly as well as our initial contact with the technician who did the initial eye exam screening. Dr. Andorsky on the other hand didn't come off so friendly especially for a pediatric eye doctor. When he initially walked in, he didn't bother to greet us, no eye contact with my child or myself; I however extended a greeting.
