Walking into the office the front desk staff was friendly as well as our initial contact with the technician who did the initial eye exam screening. Dr. Andorsky on the other hand didn't come off so friendly especially for a pediatric eye doctor. When he initially walked in, he didn't bother to greet us, no eye contact with my child or myself; I however extended a greeting. Nice office with friendly staff
Front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. Other than that the location and doctors are great
The worst clinic you can come to waste your time at. It's incredible to wait more than 2 hours to be seen by the doctor.
The practice it's located in a nice environment with a clean facility. However, the front desk staff, were anything but welcoming, where the staff would not look up to speak more then 1 or 2 words. They would not greet you or engage with the pediatric population that they serve. The nurses and the doctors were friendly. They were able to explain the test/procedure that were to be done that day.
