I brought my one month old for a possible clogged tear duct, Dr Andorsky and the staff were terrific!
Front desk staff are rude. Dr. Andorsky was rough while administering eye drops in my 4 month olds eyes, manners are horrible. Acts like a 4 month old should know how to “cooperate”. Any and all concerns were brushed off, he was practically running out the door while I was asking questions about his “diagnosis”. Awful experience. Not a single person uses gloves either. If I could Give a 0 I would.
Dr. Fiergang has been friendly for the last 2 years seeing my son for an eye exam. on the other hand, besides waiting for an hour and 15minutes, I didnt bother expect to have an exciting encounter with andorsky. dull as usual, only respond when you speak to the guy. at least he acknowledged for long wait, which was surprise. I wouldn't complain if there was full of people waiting around. there were maybe handful of patients. least you have a decent staff, that's a plus
Dr andorsky has the worst manners for working in pediatric eye care. He eas short and impatient woth my 3yo exam. Ignored my concerns with his vision and made me feel very brushed off.
