optical staff is very rude, sarcastic not helpful. Didn't receive good customer service from them at all! Not or willing to hear the patients needs or concerns. I had to wait 15 minutes to be acknowledged I was there, another 30 to get any help which by them was closing even though they seen me. Dismissed me and waited on someone else. The manager not willing to listen in a nice way explaining to him, or understand how staff treated me over the phone, and what my needs were. RecommendedDr. Denslow is amazing. He has been wonderful in treating my son. However the courtesy does not extend beyond his office into the Kids point of view optical shop. They are rude and refuse to check insurance and would rather you take your business elsewhere. Wish we could have the same great experience getting glasses as we do with exams.
dr denslow did my daughters bilateral eye muscle surgery in 1994. he also did my rand daughters and grandsons eye surgery just last week. he is awesome and I wouldn't recommend anyone else! my babies eyes are straight cause of this man! 10 star rating if possible
Dr.Denslow is an amazing Ophthalmologist, thank you for everything you guys have done for us! I would recommend you to every child out there❤️
Wonderful Staff....just loved Ida, she was just so sweet and soft spoken who wouldn’t love her 😉💕 Allison got her contacts and I got a bill I can live with 👍🙌
