My mother had the worst experience with Dr. Preethi Krishnan. Unfortunately I was not able to be with her to help with translation, my mother a 69 yrs old lady only speaks Spanish. My 15 year old daughter offered to help her grandmother, so she went with her. Dr. Krishnan was rude to them, had 0 patience while my daughter was trying to help with the translation. I have been bringing my son to Dr. Gopal for nearly seven months now. The compassion Dr. Gopal has is immeasurable to any other Dr I have been to. Her expertise and knowledge is amazing. She truly wants to help the patient. It means so much. Another compliment is for Danielle. She has worked so hard with the insurance companies. Really going above and beyond. Thank you ladies.
