Despite a referral from our primary care physician two months prior due to medical concerns, they refused to see our child without full payment upfront. STOP and Cancel your appt. They send you all the reminders to come to the appt and if you cancel they state they are going to charge you. Then when you come they want you to pay up front for the visit and won’t even bill you. SMFH. All the doctors apprentice been to always bill you but not here. You better be prepared to pay something up front . This by far is the worse doctors office I’ve been too. Taking off work and school for them to then charge you a cancellation fee . Wait it too long. I was there 45 min and still no doctor. Why can’t they respect our time as well. My time is also valued.
