I have not received one bill or notice from Pediatric Emergency Services until today 7/7/25! No communication or anything then get a collection bill notice! I will be contacting state is TN as this is Not acceptable practice seeing how others are being done this way! How do I know this is legit. Had zero date of service listed or attending Dr name. It says WRITE to ask for original collector . Doesn’t tell when it’s processed either. Definitely find this offensive as a patient who always pays on time and immediately. Stupid ... read more
You risk being sent to collections without receiving notification of your bill. Calls are ignored, and voicemails are not returned.
They send your bills to collections instead of contacting you directly. Then when you try to follow up on the bill, you get transferred to everyone except who can take your payment for the bill that they say that you need to pay!! I hope their medical care of children is better than their business acumen. Possibly not!!!!!
