We visited here twice for my son’s ear check up for ear infections. The first nurse was really good, took time to explain and gave reasons of why she is recommending certain medication. The second nurse kelsie was in a rush, straight away recommended surgery and we werent sure why there is a change in direction suddenly. So all together we cancelled our surgery and further appointments here. We proceeded with a good MD at Tampa Children’s ENT.
