I had a very horrible experience with Dr. Casper. He has very rude bed side manner, he spent very less time with me and didn’t take the time to listen to my issues. He seemed in a rush and just trying to get done with patients quickly. Definitely not worth the money.
Dr. Heilingoetter was very informative, patient and knowledgeable with both of my kids regarding possible ear tubes and adenoid removal. Great bed side manner even with just our consultations. Jean, the audiologist was great too! So sweet and gave age appropriate instruction to my little ones for their hearing tests. Felt very comfortable with the entire office! Would highly recommend!
Dr Ashley is present in her bedside manner and answered all of our medical questions.
The doctor was very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen and give next steps to best treat and monitor my son.
So patient with my son answered questions and gave opinions.
