Both of my kids needed their tonsils removed (one had adenoids as well). We LOVED Dr. Heilingoetter. She was great at helping us understand the issue and figuring out what would be best next steps. We were able to a sleep study at home for one of them as well. When it came time for the procedure she was amazing, as well as all the nurses we worked with.
The office staff are very nice and professional. The audiologist was great: efficient, communicative, and personable. Definitely would not recommend Dr. Casper. He was in such a hurry and so short with me that I couldn’t even tell him all my symptoms or when they had occurred. I barely got to finish a sentence and wasn’t even able to describe what had happened. He prescribed a follow up test, but I don’t know how he could diagnose me with some little information. Called ENT Skokie to confirm they offered a specific procedure. They told me they did. I drove an hour to the office and after a $30 co-pay and $300 bill to my insurance (unknown how much is covered) I was told by doctor Francis A Casper that they did not offer that service. Doctor Francis A Casper had serious attitude with me and didn’t extend any apology when I mentioned that’s what I had been told by the front desk staff before coming in. Very disappointing experience all around.
Steer clear! This place is the worst. Dr. Casper doesn’t listen, takes two seconds with you and is rude. The office is outdated and dirty.
