She had us waiting for an hour for our 1st visit and over 2 hrs for our 2nd visit so I walked out. She won't refund my $25 copay which she can't keep because she never filed a claim with my insurance company. I spoke with Dr. Sams several times about this and she got an attitude. I'm going to file a complaint with the insurance company and the medical board. That's totally unprofessional and I will not be bringing my child back to see her. She did nothing to help her.
