My daughter was seen at this location very briefly at the beginning of the year. I have met my deductible (confirmed by tricare) and I paid a $38 copay every visit in person before my daughter was seen. Ever since I voluntarily discharged my daughter I have been getting phone calls every 2 weeks wanting more money. Both of my children have services here and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE everything about them! The team here is kind and amazing and are all the sweetest and most informative group of therapists I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The front desk associates do EVERYTHING they can to help out parents and make sure the children assigned to them have every opportunity to get the assistance they require. This is the absolute worst therapy center I have ever seen. When a child is sick and under doctors care and not trying to get other kids sick they boot your child to the oh we will call you if we ever get a opening. Then you never hear from them and when you call them you are told that they don't have any appointments available and then they randomly drop your child completely and tell you that your child is not ever getting therapy from there and if you call your child's insurance they will black list your child from all th... read more
