My son started going 5 weeks ago to see Jessica for OT. We have seen so much improvement in his fine and gross motor skills. He went in hardly able to write, and refused to attempt to zip a zipper. Now, not only does he zip by himself, but he loves writing and coloring (HUGE for us!!!). It also helps that he LOVES going, too!
The Pediatric Development Center is a wonderful resource for families who need help working through oral function issues. I am in private practice as an RN and IBCLC and work with babies who are struggling with oral function and recovering from tongue and lip tie release. Amy Wetherill has been a light at the end of the tunnel for so many of my families and for me. They are life changing. I can't say enough nice things about the staff - they are all such wonderful ladies. We've spent the last year and a half there with feeding therapy as well as general OT. Wonderful and cannot recommend them enough!
