After our pediatric dentist retired we were referred to this office. On our first visit my children ages 4and 6 at the time were very comfortable with the staff and atmosphere! This office caters to the shy,nervous and anxious children. They offer "laughing gas" and also have television for the child to watch so their focus is redirected away from the procedure they're actually there for...all in all as a mother of now 3 little girls, I highly recommend pediatric dental associates to all families!
I had an 8:00 appointment (as did others in the lobby) but they don't start until 8:15. Didn't even offer to apologize. I am thinking my child is there for a routine cleaning but they decide to give him sealants without seeking my approval. Guess what, the insurance company doesn't cover the sealants. They don't care. On top of it all, they have the never to charge me $85.00 for "Behavior Management" I contacted my insurance companies and they said it is very rare for a dentist to charge it.
