First of all I’m all grown up. I’m convinced this is the best dental practice in NYC. Went to Dr. Jackson for my entire childhood, and never had a negative experience. Now, I see Dr. Silevitch and he is the most caring, understanding, and patient doctor I’ve ever worked with. He pushes me to work through my dental anxiety and after about a year now, I actually feel excited to go see him, Donna, and the whole team. These are excellent people and excellent dentists.
10/10 wish I could give a million starts. My night went from chaos to happiness all due to Dr. Adam and his staff. My 18 month old had blackberry seeds lodged into his gum with no way for me to remove them (freak accident!) After a frantic Google search at 6PM, I called the first option that was still open & thankfully it was the best thing I could have done. DO NOT RECOMMEND! We made an appointment for our son’s first ever dental visit. We prepared him for two weeks by brushing twice daily, reading books about going to the dentist and talking to him about it so that when we finally got to the appointment he wouldnt be too scared. An hour before our appointment, I check my phone before we were about to head out the door. I didn’t check it prior to that as I was getting ready and getting our toddler ready as well.
