My kids got thrown from the practice after they found a "missed" appointment from 9 years ago. My children are 10 and 6. You do the math. Oh well, guess it wasnt meant to be.
Put me on hold for 15 minutes to finally answer then tell me they are not accepting new patients… even though online it says they are.
I don’t often take time to write reviews but my experience here was so awful. From the time I walked in the door I was treated poorly. The staff was rude and the dentist did not take the time to even introduce herself. I understand the practice is busy, but there should still be some bedside manner. This is especially true when it comes to caring for people’s children. I switched to a competitive practice in the area and I couldn’t be happier. Please do better!
