Put me on hold for 15 minutes to finally answer then tell me they are not accepting new patients… even though online it says they are.
I don’t often take time to write reviews but my experience here was so awful. From the time I walked in the door I was treated poorly. The staff was rude and the dentist did not take the time to even introduce herself. I understand the practice is busy, but there should still be some bedside manner. This is especially true when it comes to caring for people’s children. I switched to a competitive practice in the area and I couldn’t be happier. Please do better!
We’ve been coming to this practice for almost ten years, and recently our third child was treated for a cavity. The care and service remain as outstanding as they were when we first became patients. I believe my son comes wearing blue and orange just for Dr. Watters. -Thank you!
