I rarely write a negative review, however, we had such a horrible experience with this office that I feel the need to warn other families. We took our son to this office for a regular cleaning. The dental hygienist was not kid friendly whatsoever. She and the dentist were both in a hurry the entire time so we felt very rushed. The dentist flagged a few issues and claimed that putting my child under full sedation at a surgical center was the only answer. It seems reviews have gone down hill as time as gone by. Maybe this should have been a red flag. My child was seen at this office for 1.5 years, give or take. Our last appointment, things really took a turn. The staff seemed frazzled and I heard tid bits of conversation that seemed there was tension. The older dental hygienist at the McLaughlin location, was seeing my child. This is the second time she has worked with my child.
