I don’t know what to feel! My son had a second scheduled operation and I missed it and it was my fault. I called them the day before to tell them that I couldn’t get off work and so therefore they no longer wanted to see my son because I didn’t give them a 48 hour notice. The front desk lady had to put me down as a single mother and turn us away when I tried to seek for another scheduled appointment or how to go about things moving forward.
My son has been her patient since he was 5. Amazing service and staff. O highly recommend them to anyone.
We had a wonderful experience! My littles were nervous and everyone made them feel so comfortable and at ease! They loved playing on the slide and felt so at home!
