I normally take my daughter to her appointments but since moving to Portland my husband has been the one to take her so I’ve never actually been to the office. But according to my 10 year old, she loves her new dentist. She comes back raving about how nice they are and all the prizes she gets.
Everyone at the practice is kind, welcoming, and excellent with children! Even when it’s tough or my kid is fearful, they do a great job of being patient, responding empathetically but firmly, and getting the work done. We’ve been taking our kid since she was a toddler and have been very happy!
Our toddler has had a wonderful experience here. The office is responsive, helpful, and our son officially likes going to the dentist. They make it fun and comforting. Start them young and go here if you live in the area.
Highly recommend Dr Yang for her expertise. My son has crowding and cavities due to crowding and mouth breathing at night in addition to other dietary problems. She was straightforward and honest and recommended to treating him in a conservative approach for now. I drive from Hillsboro btw.
