I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning experience I had with your office staff during a recent phone call regarding my child’s treatment. I contacted your office to inquire about out-of-pocket costs for my child’s fillings and to better understand my insurance coverage. Dr. Ashcroft is really nice, caring and friendly. He answers all the questions patiently and is very knowledgeable. The environment is also very kid friendly and we highly recommend the clinic for your kids.
Great place for kids. All 4 of my kids enjoys going to the dentists. All staff and dentists are great with kids.
Always a great office and great staff! We now go once a month for my daughters braces and she loves it.
Dr. Ashcroft is an excellent doctor. He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about his patients. The staff is friendly and the whole visit always feels smooth and organized. Highly recommend.
