This review is long over due. We have been seeing Dr. Ashcroft for almost 4 years. I take both my kids, but he goes above and beyond for my special needs son. When we first started my son was aversive to everything, he didn’t want anyone putting anything into his mouth. The staff suggested we come every 3 months to slowly get him used to the process. Dr. Ashcroft is an exceptional pediatric specialist with extensive experience. He has a wonderful way with patients, making both children and parents feel confident and at ease. Since we moved to Northlake, he has been caring for my daughters, always providing thorough and efficient care. The clinic runs smoothly, and appointments are timely. I’m rating them O! We really had a bad experienced! Bad customer service! We will never coming back, never again! They cancelled our appointment when we got there just because they got other patient cancelled their appointment & want us to come early! They called us last minute. As if we can be there fast. I have 3 kids that I have to get ready and my husband took a day off. not just that they tell us to leave after waiting for about 45 min and so then lock the door on us! Even my kids says they were mean!
Dr. Ashcroft is great! I use to work in the same office as he did before he opened his own practice. Very knowledgeable and great with kids!
I am giving them 1, despite all 4 of my kids liking Dr. Ashcroft, we saw a different side. I am reading comments about only caring about money. Sadly, this is also what we recently experienced. We have been going to him since we moved about 2 years ago. My daughter was shceduled for an extraction in April. We found out she would be running in the track championship meet that day, so we called that morning to cancel. Last month we went in and there was a $25 fee on our account.
