I went to lincolnshire location for a second opinion on my son's cavity. They were accommodating to get me in for a quick appointment for a consultation. The front desk lady was nice. The dentist was pretty appalling, ive never had a dentist ask if im brushing my sleeping baby after night breast feedings. Like, how am I supposed to get my baby up and brush his teeth after every night feeding while hes half asleep. Absolutely ridiculous. After being a long-time patient, my son was refused emergency treatment by Dr. Erica because she and her team wanted to go home. I am beyond disappointed.
Such a wonderful pediatric dentist!! The staff are all welcoming & professional. Dr. Erica Gilbert is the absolute best! My kids enjoy going to the dentist :)
