My daughter waited well over a month for an extraction. The office manager called at 2:03 pm and asked if we could switch appointment from 4:30 to 3:30 because dentist lived in NJ and wanted to leave because it was snowing. If not her appointment would need to be pushed out 6 more weeks. First appointment we waited close to an hour after our appointment time in the hallway. Place was packed. Dentist was great it’s the only reason we scheduled another appointment here. They then cancelled that appointment the day before and rescheduled for TWO MONTHS OUT. My son has been in pain from this tooth. FFW to today there’s kids in the waiting room filming TikTok’s dancing and playing vulgar music with other small children sitting around… the parent just ignoring them. The communication is very efficient and kid-friendly, especially through texting, which makes everything so much easier. It's truly the best dental service you could hope for.

Nice people, organized office who worked to get my 3 children seen in as efficient way as possible. Works with insurance and communicated clearly what put pf pocket expenses may be. Highly recommend!
