Drove 35 mins. so my niece could hv dental work done. They told me once we got there they couldn't help her because i didn't show proof of guardian papers with me which i don't carry around an they didn't tell me on the phone, nor in the paper work they sent in the mail. Mind u I've had custody of her for 14 yrs. an we were there on a referral.
