My daughter just had her first appointment there. It, overall for her, was a good experience. I think the biggest reason I’m giving this one star is because the front desk cussed at me. I was asked about my insurance info when first making the appointment. The person I texted asked for some info to help them locate my insurance info, even reassuring me that since most insurance companies don’t send out cards for dental very often, that’s probably why I didn’t know.
