Extremely rude receptionist. Surprised they still have any recurring business, considering that the person representing the establishment seems to have no interest in being there or helping anyone.

Under new ownership recently. I took my 10yo to get SDF flouride treatment in April 2024 and the new dentist Dr Audrey Rawson is wonderful. Kind, warm, caring and very knowledgeable. I was speaking with her team about palate expansion and myobraces also, so she’s up to date on cutting edge treatments (not an orthodontist tbc). Karen at the front desk was so helpful to work with around my many questions and insurance confusion. I’ll be taking my 3yo there also. Highly recommend!

Eventually, I switched to a new dentist and no cavities….ever. Also, I asked for fluoride, but was reluctantly offered a prescription. Again, I thought that was odd.

We went in for our first visit, and they tried to take my son back without me present, never once explaining that their policy is no adults allowed in the room. I explained I don't feel comfortable leaving my son alone with strangers, and they told me that was the policy, "even 2-year-olds have to be alone with the doctor" with no adult supervision. They said they would allow me one time to watch as they took X-rays but then he had to be alone with the dentist. Receptionist Karen tried to pry into our past trauma and wouldn'... read more
