inconsiderate office staff, unfriendly...no way to run a Children's Dentistry practice. I never see a smile there, and never will...because I've dropped them like a hot potato!
Customer service is way below average,. The office has forgotten to send out the bills a couple times, which wouldn't be a big deal if you weren't told you were delinquent for not paying a bill that was never sent.
